Most deposits are credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes. jon138 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank may impose its own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available to complete deposits.
Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account registered in the same name as your jon138 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours during business days, though processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high volume.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time if we suspect violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of our Platform. During suspension, you will not be able to place wagers or request withdrawals while we investigate.
jon138 may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding funds obtained through fraud or abuse) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations. All bonuses and pending winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.
You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to your verified bank account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Voluntary closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closure.
Upon termination or closure of your account for any reason, you must immediately cease all use of jon138 services. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions relating to limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
